Podere Fossarunza

During the stay at the "Podere Fossarunza" for all guests interessing to learn the secrets of Sicilian cuisine, you can participate in cooking classes, personally kept by the landlord. The workshops are held mainly during the spring and autumn season. The flying of the large and well equipped kitchen are always wide open for guests who wish to participate actively in the implementation of the menu, then tasted, accompanied by excellent local wines. The cooking classes are intended to illustrate some of the typical recipes of the area, including the art of fresh pasta and pastries. There are provided guided tours to discover the fish market and the many wineries in the town of Marsala and during the harvest, you can attend and participate in the gathering of grapes.
